Human Resources Advisor

Key ResponsibilitiesnProactively support the project team to ensure the appropriate roles are in place in good time with minimum disruption to the wider business.nDrive a high-performance culture by challenging and coaching managers to appropriately apply performance and development principles and toolsnDeliver day to day operational support and guidance to managers for complex employee relations, development, resourcing and reward as required.nDeliver HR training to managersnLead recruitment for the sitenManage the employee survey and work closely with managers to ensure action plans are implemented site-wide and employee engagement is achievednCoach line managers to develop their capability in managing people issues and enabling optimum performance from their teams.nManage Occupational HealthnContinual review of policy and procedures.nProvide hands-on support and guidance to the People Administrator.nLine management of the People Administrator and ReceptionistsnManage project work as and when appropriate
The PersonnManaging complex ER issuesnWorking knowledge of employment law and best practicenRelationship and rapport building skills with stakeholders at all levelsnInterpersonal and communication skillsnCommunicate technical HR information clearly and conciselynEmpathetic and a trusted confidante
SkillsnQualified to Level 5 or above / equivalent preferrednWorkplace MediatornKnowledge of UK employment legislationnAn in-depth knowledge and understanding of best practice HR tools and strategiesnOwn ideas for how to create a great place to work, implementing them without direction.
