As a Lead Theatre Practitioner, you will:
Deliver safe, quality care for patients during their perioperative phase.
Support and assist in the management and organisation of care within the Operating Department.
Drive and manage a team, coordinating staff training and resource needs.

Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of yourself and others.
