The Role:
Are you ready to dive into the world of sustainability and change the world one recycling bin at a time?
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Sustainability Consultant to join our team on the vibrant South Coast. In this position, you will play a crucial role in promoting and implementing Recorra’s cutting-edge recycling initiatives. You’ll be visiting sites around Sussex, sparking awareness and engaging with clients to improve recycling rates and turn more businesses into recycling champions

Responsibilities:
* Deliver on the commitments of Recorra’s ‘Recycling and Sustainability Roadmaps’ for our clients
* Carry out engagement activities such as Recycling Improvement Strategies, Awareness stands, Beach Cleans and tours of our facility
* Deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate and inspire individuals and groups on sustainable waste management practices
* Collaborate internally to create engaging content to reach a wider audience and encourage participation
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive recycling initiatives
About you:
* Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence diverse audiences
* Good organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
