Employee Relations Advisor£29,000 DOE Full Time – PermanentFlexible Hybrid working availableHampshireAre you a passionate Senior HR professional looking for a flexible Employee Relations focused role with the opportunity to really make a difference?Due to growth, an exciting new position has become available for an Employee Relations Advisor to join a values led organisation based in Hampshire.The successful candidate will be managing their own case load of complex Employee Relations investigations from start to finish with the opportunity to be autonomous.Responsibilities include: Supporting all disciplinary, performance management and grievance casesManaging, analysing, and interpreting data, before presenting findings clearly and drawing conclusionsEnsuring that the Disciplinary Grievance and Performance Improvement / Capability policies and procedures are relevant and provide clear guidance that represent the law and any best practice.Overseeing all disciplinary, performance management and grievance casesProviding comprehensive support and advice to managers when managing long term SicknessSupporting Managers with writing and wording bespoke letters in respect of disciplinary, grievance and performance management casesBeing responsible for the administrative tasks associated with case studiesThis role involves flexible hybrid work and travel to various sites when requiredTo be considered for this role you will have/be: A senior HR professional with full CIPD qualificationExtensive experience managing a large caseload of complex Employee Relations casesGreat communication skillsResilient, with the ability to work under pressureLooking for a purely Employee Relations focused positionKnowledge of UK and European employment legislationExperience of providing an Employee Relations / HR Advisory service to internal managers and employeesKnowledge and experience of MS Office applicationsFull UK driving licenseThis really is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about ER and wants to work within a value led environment.This role is being handled by Jasmine King, Recruitment Consultant, Business Support for Pearson Whiffin Recruitment.Not quite the right role but still looking?Whether you are entry or Executive level, our team of experienced Recruitment specialists can help you with your career.
