Due to continued growth of the department, our client is now looking for a Plot Conveyancer to join their leading Residential development team in their Leeds office. This is a fantastic opportunity if you want to work for leading Legal 500 Law Firm that is well-known for its impressive client base.
Job Summary:
Job title - Plot Conveyancer/Paralegal
Location - Leeds City centre
Salary - Up to £36,000 Depending on experience
Reports to - Head of Department
Previous experience - A minimum of 1 years' experience within Newbuild
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 1 years' experience within Newbuild
- Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Be able to work independently as well as a team
- Be confident and have strong client management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to work well under pressure
