  • Handling residential development plot sales, including drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, and managing transactions from inception to completion.
  • Liaising with top-tier UK house builders and developers to ensure seamless and efficient conveyancing processes.
  • Providing exceptional client service, maintaining open and effective communication channels.
  • Collaborating closely with senior colleagues to receive guidance, mentorship, and support.
