They are seeking a passionate and ambitious individual to join their team as a National Account Manager at a snacking brand. Collaborate closely with the Co-Founder and Commercial Director, and take charge of managing and expanding their portfolio of national UK customers. This role offers a unique blend of supporting with major grocers while spearheading efforts to secure listings and drive growth in the Convenience and High Street channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth within their existing customer base
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to unlock opportunities the brand
  • Take ownership of volume and revenue forecasts for their assigned accounts
  • Collaborate closely with the Founders to shape their UK sales strategy
  • Manage accounts across grocery, convenience, and high street channels
  • Oversee promotional strategy, in-store execution, and new product launches
  • Assist the broader team with trade shows and key marketing initiatives
  • Ensure brand consistency in-store and online activities
  • Analyse sales data and trends, presenting insights internally and externally
  • Uphold high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Embrace innovation and explore unconventional business approaches

Experience and Capabilities:

  • Proven experience in sales account management within FMCG, preferably with Top 4 UK retailer management
  • P&L management experience is a plus
  • Track record of driving sales growth
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with expertise in Grocery data and industry EPOS data
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Willingness to travel as required

Location:

Their vibrant office is situated in Vauxhall, South London. While we gather as a team on Tuesdays and Thursdays, they encourage their National Account Manager to be out in the field, engaging with customers and spreading their vision of excellence.
