I am currently working exclusively with an exciting manufacturing company in the South West of England.


They are seeking an experienced and motivated Salesforce Project Manager to oversee our Salesforce implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of Salesforce products and services, and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and business teams.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and methodologies in Salesforce project management


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Salesforce projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
