Job Title: Aircraft Trainer Assessor
Location: Suffolk- Classroom/Field based
Salary: £36,400
Type: Full Time, 12-month FTC
Essential Criteria (for all candidates):
Must hold solid, occupational competency within Aviation/Aircraft Engineering.
Must hold a recognised qualification in Aircraft/Aviation at Level 3 or above.
Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).
Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.Duties:
Assess and mentor learners working towards Apprenticeships in Aerospace Engineering / Aviation.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.Personal Skills:
Must be an excellent communicator who is learner and quality focused.
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
