What you'll be doing:

An exciting opportunity to lead a team responsible for providing a highly specialised service, authoritative on methods, systems and processes providing an accessible, flexible, efficient and courteous cross-functional business support service across Property Services. Proficiency and strong capability in service delivery, including an understanding of relevant contextual legislation, regulatory frameworks, processes and procedures relating to the area of the service.

You will provide guidance and advice to internal and external customers and develop new approaches to influence and apply their knowledge, with facts and evidence, to support the development of longer-term strategies. You will manage and integrate a range of service demands, organising and managing others, deal with escalated issues, assisting with prioritisation making business improvements within the Property Service. Influencing, developing and changing the motivation and behaviour of people is pivotal to this role.

Key activities include, assisting in the delivery of projects and programmes for the Heads of Service and Director and providing effective professional expertise and project support.
