Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Generate accurate financial reports, perform detailed analyses, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and streamline financial processes, implement best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for system alignment.
  • User Support & Training: Address system-related inquiries, provide training, and develop user documentation.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls, maintain data security, and participate in audits.


Qualifications:

  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years of experience managing financial systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential; experience with other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and internal controls.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
