They are seeking an experienced Freelance Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the electrical installation on a residential project in Wembley, expected to be completed within the next 4-6 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the electrical works, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Oversee the day-to-day electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other trades, site managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression and resolve any on-site issues.
Monitor the quality of electrical installations, conducting inspections and testing to ensure all work meets regulatory standards and client expectations.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met and any delays are effectively managed.
Track project costs and resources, ensuring that the project stays within budget, and report any variances to senior management.
Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site, conducting regular audits and ensuring all team members are compliant.
