Our global Brand Team at Vention is in search of a seasoned Brand Strategist who combines a sharp acumen in brand marketing with a talent for copywriting for our London Office

The ideal candidate is one part brand visionary, one part wordsmith, tasked with transforming our UK team's strategic visions into compelling content and narratives that resonate worldwide. Your expertise in brand marketing strategy and your proficiency in crafting engaging, original copy - especially if coupled with SaaS or sales development experience - will be key to infusing our messaging with industry-specific insights that thrive on a multitude of platforms.

As part of a global team, the Brand Strategist will work across time zones and cultures, collaborating with colleagues in Europe and the US. Your contributions will be vital in strengthening Vention's brand presence and strategy in the London market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a local Brand Marketing team ambassador, managing brand initiatives and communicating updates to HQ
  • Act as the UK audience subject matter expert for brand insights and collateral
  • Forge strong collaborative relationships across different business functions, including sales, engineering, and growth
  • Translate and localise global brand positioning into effective UK-specific sales collateral, website content, email outreach, events, and programmes
  • Draft original copy for UK-based initiatives, adapting global content to suit the local audience, including social media, email newsletters, blog posts, sales collateral, and more
  • Contribute to global content initiatives, including annual reports and white papers, ensuring consistency and brand alignment
  • Maintain and enforce brand standards in the UK market, tracking and reporting on local brand marketing metrics
  • Ensure project needs are effectively communicated to the Creative Production team
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years in brand marketing and copywriting experience; tech industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in SEO keyword integration, with a demonstrated ability to optimise web page content for organic traffic and keyword ranking enhancement
  • Background in SaaS or sales development viewed favourably, enhancing the team's capabilities with targeted industry experience
  • Exceptional organisational skills, time management, and a meticulous eye for detail
  • Proven track record of crafting high-ROI content and the ability to distil complex information into concise, impactful messaging
  • Comfortable working as part of a distributed team and navigating the nuances of project management
  • Deep understanding of the UK tech scene and marketing best practices
