Manager - Product Manager

4 months ago

Cherwell, United Kingdom Anywhere365 Full time
As a Product Manager at Anywhere365, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and beyond. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. You gather, manage, and prioritize ideas for our products or features, considering both the user needs and the wider business goals. You define success metrics for the product and build a roadmap to outline the product vision—together with a plan for how that vision will be. Ultimately, you can think of our product managers as the CEO of the product. You are the in-house product expert—the number-one go-to person for anything and everything relating to the product.
Main job responsibilities:
Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, aligning them with the company's vision and market trend;
Coordinate all the moving parts of the product lifecycle, from ideation and development, right through to launch and beyond;
Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and identify new product opportunities and enhancements;
Define product requirements, create user stories, and collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality products on time;
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing. Have them work towards a common goal for the product;
Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive product innovation;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches, providing training and support as necessary;
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to drive product differentiation and maintain acompetitive edge;
Understand both the end user’s needs and the overarching business goals.
Why we would like to have a dialogue with you
We pick competencies over skills and experience. Can you convince us that you possess the following competencies:

# Strategic thinking: The ability to analyze market trends and consumer needs, and to develop long-term product strategies that anticipate and address future needs;
# Critical thinking: The ability to analyze customer needs and feedback, identifying patterns and trends, and making connections between data points to gain a deeper understanding of their needs;
# Customer centricity: The ability to provide a high-quality product, including understanding the customer’s needs, solving problems, and responding to their feedback;
# Leadership: The ability to inspire and motivate others, foster a sense of shared purpose, and lead by example;
# Adaptability: The ability to adjust to changing situations and work effectively in environments that may be uncertain or unpredictable;
# Action-oriented:
The ability to act quickly and decisively, even in the face of uncertainty, to move projects forward and achieve business goals;
# Collaboration: The ability to work effectively with others and to build strong relationships based on trust and mutual respect, recognizing that everyone has something to contribute;
# Helicopter vision; The ability to take a broader perspective, seeing the big picture rather than concentrating on the detail;
# Continuous learning & Knowledge sharing: The ability and willingness to learn continuously throughout one's life, and to continuously seek out new knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date and relevant.
# Planning & organization: The ability to plan and organize work effectively to ensure that customer commitments are met, and that resources are allocated appropriately.

Competencies are key, but to be successful in this role you need to bring a few essentials to kickstart the conversation:
At least 8 years ofexperience within the field of Product management;
Experience in a fast-growing company within the B2B SaaS industry;
Proven track record in launching impact products, preferably affinity with AI;
Strong experience in a multidisciplinary field; spanning user experience (UX), business and technology;
Understanding of the technical aspects of product development;
Proven track record in ambiguous settings, breaking them down into concrete actions and workstreams.
Some last notes
We're hiring through the whole of EMEA. For this reason, we cannot state a salary benchmark as this depends on where the candidate is located.
In The Netherlands, we have a hybrid working model.To us that means that you'll be expected to come to the office at least twice a week. However, we also offer you the flexibility to work from other places within the European Union. And of course, we don't expect you at the office twice a week during these weeks.
Is chaos a bit of a guilty pleasure for you? Then be prepared for some excitement because no day is the same at Anywhere365 and enjoy the ride. These difficult roads will substantially add value to your development and work experience because they often lead to beautiful destinations
But the real reason to choose us? You get the opportunity to experience what it's like to work with proud, smart, devoted and cooperative colleagues who are passionate about our dialogue products and Microsoft technology. Just like you, they go the extra mile to deliver top-notch solutions. If this sounds like what you’re looking for to find in a team, then we definitely tick that box
