A lovely school in Windsor are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their team in September. They are looking for a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant who has experience with SEN/ASD/ADHD. In the position of Learning Support Assistant, you will be valued as a vital team member and will be supported in your own individual success and well-being.
This Learning Support Assistant role in Windsor will be working with a Year 6 pupil 1:1 who has ASD and ADHD. Your role as Learning Support Assistant may include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom.
Helping children with their understanding of the teacher's instructions.
Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or working with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department.
Keeping track and recording pupil progress.At this Primary School you will be well supported and promote teamwork to develop the best structure for the students. This school truly believes in investing their staff and you will be challenged, supported throughout this primary school.
