IT Service Desk Analyst - Central London - £35,000 - 1st & 2nd Line Support

We are looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst for a leading London-based Law firm client of ours.

Our client is very modern in its approach and is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst who is happy to provide 1st & 2nd Line support to their London Office.

Responsibilities

Call LoggingnTroubleshootingnCustomer servicenTechnical support for Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, iManage DMSnIssue PrioritizationnHardware/Software Installation

Skills & Qualifications

High level of IT literacynFully conversant in Office 365 and Windows 11nMinimum of two years’ experience in a Service Desk environmentnMicrosoft Certified Professional (preferred, not required)nITIL Qualifications (preferred, not required)
