Essential Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proficient in GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.
- Proven ability to generate ROI and optimise ad spend.
- Strong communication, copywriting, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience in TikTok, Spotify, or Reddit ads is a plus.
- Agency experience and conversion tracking are preferred.
- Huge potential to build and shape your own paid media team, offering excellent progression and leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise client ad accounts across platforms.
- Develop and implement high-performing online ad strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling social media ads.
- Conduct keyword research and create targeted, engaging ads.
- Stay updated on PPC/SEM trends and perform conversion rate optimisation.
- Act as a key client contact, attending meetings and reporting on ROI.
Salary up to £30k + Bonus
