creating and maintaining personnel files including scanning, copying, filing and saving documentsnThe ideal candidate:nThe ideal candidate will have 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English. Qualifications such as A Levels, CIPD Level 3, RSA Level 2 or equivalent are not essential would be advantageous. Candidates will have an awareness of information security procedures and excellent computer skills with significant experience using Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. They will have substantial and recent experience working in an administrative role and have proven experience in using HR or Data Management Systems. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels is essential. Previous experience working in an HR or recruitment environment would be beneficial.nAdditional information:nSalary on appointment will be within the range £22,000 to £26,750 pro-rata, per annum depending on qualifications and experience. This is a part-time post for 28 hours offered on an indefinite basis.
