We are looking for a Digital Construction Coordinator to join our Digital Construction Department, focusing on high-profile, technically complex projects. This role is an excellent opportunity for a junior (1-2 years of experience) to mid-level professional eager to develop a career in the digital construction industry, with a focus on BIM and information management. This key role involves coordinating and monitoring the implementation of DALUX BIM software on-site, addressing everyday issues, and supporting the overall digital transformation of our construction projects.

The position is based at the company's head office, but site visits will be required as needed.



Responsibilities:

·           Coordinate the implementation of DALUX software across various construction sites in line with relevant industry best practices and standards (BIM, Building Safety Act 2022, Golden Thread etc)

·           Test and monitor site activities to ensure proper usage and integration of digital tools, addressing and resolving everyday issues related to digital construction processes.

·           Collaborate with project teams to optimize information management and workflow efficiency, and work with them to bring understanding around BIM requirements.

·           Collaborate with the design and Information managers in projects,  to collect and validate as-built model information in preparation for handover.

·           Identify and resolve model/data issues during the construction phase to ensure model/data readiness for project completion, meeting digital delivery requirements, and avoiding legacy issues related to accurate digital project information.

·           Provide training and support to site staff on the use of DALUX and other digital tools.

·           Assist in the development and enforcement of company-wide information management processes.

·           Participate in workshops and meetings to enhance digital construction practices.

·           Liaise daily with the relevant Project Manager and report directly to the Senior Management ( Head of Digital Construction and Head of Design ).

·           Support Digital Construction strategic activities and produce Project Digital Performance Reports.

·           Contribute to developing BEP, ITP and other company wide documentation.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

·           Basic understanding of BIM (Building Information Modelling) principles.

·           Deep knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).

·           Strong organizational and coordination skills.

·           Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

·           Good communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

·           Experience with DALUX Software.

·           Construction-related background or education.

·           Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry.


Experience Level:

       Entry to mid-level, ideally suited for someone with a few years of relevant experience or a recent graduate eager to learn and grow in the field.
