Our client is a reputable leader in the engineering and manufacturing industry, dedicated to delivering top-quality products. They are currently looking for an experienced Wet Paint Sprayer to join their skilled team in Halifax. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain wet paint spraying equipment to apply coatings on various metal surfaces. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required. Mix and match paints to achieve the desired color and finish. Ensure high-quality application, adhering to company standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections of the finished product to ensure a flawless appearance. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a wet paint sprayer, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of paint types, application techniques, and safety practices. Attention to detail and commitment to achieving high-quality results. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
