Are you passionate about algorithmic trading and digital assets? We're seeking a talented Junior Trader to join a dynamic team and contribute to their success in the fast-paced world of digital asset trading. If you're driven by innovation, thrive in challenging environments, and are eager to make an impact in the financial markets, they want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:nExecute algorithmic trading strategies for digital assets.nMonitor markets, identify opportunities, and execute trades.nCollaborate to refine algorithms and optimize performance.nManage risk through position sizing and compliance protocols.nConduct research to inform trading decisions and technology integration.nHedge positions according to internal trading rulesnWork on weekends and during US Hours.nQualifications:nBachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.nProficiency in Python, Java, or C++, with algorithm development experience.nStrong analytical skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.nEffective communication and collaboration skills.nPrevious experience in algorithmic trading or software development preferred.nProficiency in options market in FX, Equities, Commodities or Cryptocurrencies
