**Job Description:**


As an IT Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top IT professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients. Your role will involve:


- Conducting thorough candidate searches using various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.

- Building and maintaining relationships with IT professionals to establish a talent pool for current and future recruitment needs.

- Collaborating closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.

- Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience.

- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the IT recruitment landscape.


**Requirements:**


- Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably in IT recruitment.

- Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-oriented approach.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools/software.

- Certification in recruitment (e.g., AIRS, CIR) is a plus.


**Salary Range:**

The salary range for this position is £30,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance. In addition to the base salary, the role may offer performance-based incentives and benefits such as bonuses, healthcare, and professional development opportunities.
