We are currently looking for a Compliance & Audit Officer to enhance our Compliance team. You will deliver expert compliance advice across the company. Your responsibilities will include overseeing audits, managing risks, resolving contract queries, ensuring compliance with data protection laws, and ensuring continuous business operations.

What will I do in the role?


  • Conduct Consumer Duty reviews and support initiatives to achieve favourable outcomes for customers.
  • Develop and oversee internal processes and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and data protection standards.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to legal agreements with clients, insurers, and outsource providers.

What do I need?


  • Experience in working a regulated environment, with a familiarity with the FCA’s rules and guidance applicable to general insurance considered beneficial.
  • Strong capability to interpret and apply rules and regulations effectively.
  • A logical and analytical mindset, with an ethical approach to your work and high levels of integrity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
