The school boasts fantastic facilities that have been recently refurbished and offers opportunities both inside and outside of lessons to promote students’ engagement, to help them flourish personally and academically.
The school is looking to take on a Pastoral Manager to take on the following responsibilities and overseeing the following:
Strategic Leadership
Academic Attainment, Achievement & Progress
Student Support
People Management
School Policies & Procedures
Health & Safety
Risk Management
The successful Pastoral Manager will have:
Prior experience in a non-teaching role within school
Leadership experience, or a desire to step up into leadership
Proactive attitude
