Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Programme Manager for Engineering and Motor Vehicles to join the Slough & Langley College team on a full-time basis.

This role involves working 37 hours per week, with 18 hours dedicated to teaching and 19 hours for planning, preparation, assessment, and management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Programme Lead or a tenured Lecturer looking to progress their career to the next level.

As Programme Manager, you will assist the Head of Department for Motor Vehicles at Slough & Langley College in developing and managing the curriculum, working closely with the Head of Department for Engineering and Motor Vehicles and the Assistant Principal to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Key responsibilities include developing strategies and new curriculum features to improve Motor Vehicles and Engineering at Windsor Forest Colleges Group, as well as assisting in the dissemination of these strategies and monitoring their implementation to ensure the success of our programmes.

We are seeking an inspirational and passionate individual who can support learners academically and pastorally, build student morale and discipline, and help them realise their hopes and aspirations.
