Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Growth:

Develop and nurture new leads and contacts to expand our business.
CRM Management:

Maintain and manage CRM accounts with existing clients to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction.
Prospect Research:

Research and input new prospects from a variety of sources to keep our pipeline fresh and dynamic.
Relationship Building:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring professional and effective handling of queries, proposals, and marketing campaigns.
Compliance Coordination:

Work closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure all new starts are processed smoothly and efficiently.
Documentation Maintenance:

Keep all sales, marketing, and business development documentation up-to-date.
Continuous Learning:

Stay informed about our activities and enhance your skills through relevant meetings and training sessions.
Effective Communication:

Engage with staff, learners, and employers via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions to address business needs.
Diary Management:

Organize and manage your schedule to maximize productivity.
Team Support:

Assist the team with additional responsibilities as needed.
Employer Engagement:

Drive and maintain high levels of employer engagement.
Competencies:
Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Good understanding of Apprenticeships
Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business Development Management working with Apprenticeships
A proven track record of hitting targets selling Apprenticeships
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
Valid Driver's License with Business Insurance.
Experience using a CRM system.
