Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Commercial Coordinator to join our clients dynamic team. The Commercial Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by assisting with administrative tasks, managing client accounts, and ensuring efficient communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
* Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely responses to client inquiries and requests.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
* Sales Support:
* Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations and presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
* Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business development.
* Follow up with leads and prospects to schedule meetings and presentations.
* Order Processing and Logistics Coordination:
* Process sales orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfilment.
* Liaise with logistics partners and carriers to arrange transportation and shipping for client orders.
* Track shipments and provide status updates to clients as needed.
* Address any issues or concerns related to order fulfilment and logistics operations.
* Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
* Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
* Manage incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting inquiries as necessary.
* Maintain inventory of sales materials and office supplies.
Requirements:
* Strong base skills in administration
* Able to communicate over the phone and in meetings with clients and stakeholders
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
* Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management concepts is a plus.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
