The Opportunity:

As the Senior Planner, you will be instrumental in the delivery of this state-of-the-art Data Centre facility. Leveraging your proven expertise, you will provide comprehensive planning services from tender through construction, ensuring meticulous oversight of construction methodology, sequencing, and programme adherence.


This critical role will have you collaborating closely with operational teams, site management, and executive leadership to maintain robust project governance standards. Your planning proficiency and ability to effectively manage resources will be vital in steering this complex, multi-million-pound project to successful completion.


The Candidate:

As an experienced Senior Planner, you will bring a wealth of knowledge spanning the full construction lifecycle. Your technical mastery includes Asta Power Project, Primavera P6, MS Project and knowledge of the NEC suite of commercial contracts.


Beyond expertise in planning methodologies, you possess a deep understanding of construction practices, health and safety protocols, and contract administration. A problem solver at heart, you thrive on the challenges of large-scale initiatives, exercising meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
