Purpose and Objectives :nEnsuring End Point Assessments are carried out independently and meet NOCN's quality assurance StandardsnTo complete assessments in accordance with the prescribed assessment instruments as defined within the End Point Assessment plan
Duties and Responsibilities:nAssessing the apprentice against the relevant Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours throughout the Knowledge Test and Practical Test in accordance with the End Point Assessment plan.nUpload reports from the assessments in a timely manner and in line with NOCN's service level agreements.nPrepare for assessments in a timely manner and be able to identify gaps in the apprentice's KSBsnBe able to build a quick rapport with apprentices to ensure that they can perform their best within assessmentsnMaintaining hands on CPD in their subject area to ensure knowledge is up to date.nRepresent NOCN in a professional manner when conducting assessments.nAdhering to GDPR practices and ensuring all data is secure.
Key Requirements:nHave held a CISRS card for more than 10 yearsnHave held an Advanced CISRS card for 5 yearsnHold a L3 assessors qualification, e.g. CAVA, A1, CertEd etcn5 years' employment as a charge hands, foreman or supervisor in the Scaffolding industrynHave understudied 4 full scheme courses at all levels
