Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated EHCP Coordinator to join our team and manage the statutory EHC needs assessment process. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, person-centered EHC Plans, ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the single point of contact for children, young people, and their families during the EHC needs assessment process.
Facilitate multi-agency meetings to coordinate services and practitioners around the child or young person.
Support a single planning and joint assessment process.
Provide information, signposting, and emotional support to families.
Empower and enable children, young people, and their families to make informed decisions.Requirements:
Extensive experience working in an SEN service.
Proven track record of writing high-quality EHCPs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to meet statutory deadlines.
