Availability: Immediate joiners only Position: Ceremonies Content & Infotainment Manager The Ceremonies Content & Infotainment Manager plays a central role in designing and delivering all entertainment and fan engagement content across all the assigned venue(s). This includes planning, coordinating, and executing infotainment activities that enhance the spectator experience and align with the event’s overall creative vision. The role bridges creative development, technical execution, and operational coordination to bring high-impact entertainment to life. The Infotainment Manager needs to ensure seamless integration of creative, operational and logistical elements, working across internal departments, event management company (EMC) to deliver the upcoming tournaments. Responsibilities Develop and oversee the stadium-wide infotainment schedule, including live acts, AV content, and digital fan engagement. Oversee the full LOC venue delivery of infotainment, from bump-in to bump-out including rehearsals. Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to align content with brand objectives and audience demographics. Liaise with internal departments, EMC, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of ceremony concepts and infotainment deliverables. Coordinate with talent, agencies, AV teams, hosts/MCs, and third-party providers for timely and professional execution. Liaise with sponsors and partners to integrate branded infotainment and activations, ensuring contractual deliverables are met. Track and manage all technical and creative assets related to infotainment (e.g. screens, props, audio files, scripts). Support access control, accreditation, and staff movement for talent and production crew. Maintain a running log of rehearsals, issues, and actions; produce post-event reports and recommendations. Priority to people that have previous experience in Qatar (FAC, FWC, AFC etc). Qualifications and experience Experience in live events, fan engagement, or entertainment production ideally with exposure to large-scale ceremonies. Proven experience in coordinating venue-based activations, halftime shows, or live crowd entertainment. Strong understanding of event production systems (lighting, audio, video, comms and show control). Strong working knowledge of show calling, AV systems, crowd dynamics, and live-stage coordination.
