Product Support Engineer
Fully Remote or Cambridge hybrid (1-2 days a week in office):
* Open to various grades of experience
* Must be prepared to work 2 weekends a month (Saturday and Sunday) There is flexibility over how the shifts will work.
* Proven experience in a customer focused software product technical support role
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Experience with SQL and RDBMS (PostgreSQL)
* Basic knowledge of scripting or programming (SQL, Bash, JavaScript, Python)
* Excellent oral and written skills for working in a global delivery environment
* Geospatial mapping software / GIS product knowledge advantageous
Role: Product Support Engineer
Location: Cambridge (Fully remote or Hybrid Options available. 1-2 days a week in Cambridge)
Salary: £35-60K plus benefits (pension, private medical plan, group income protection scheme, life assurance, cycle to work scheme, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays)
