Revenue Manager

I am on the lookout for a Revenue Manager to join this Country Hotel Group with sites across England. We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial-minded individual to optimize revenue growth for this luxury hotel group. Do you have people management skills and a passion for analysing trends? Responsibilities
Report to the Director of Global Revenue Strategy and work closely with the General Manager, Sales and Reservation teams of the cluster you are looking after.nAnalyse trends in data to develop winning revenue management strategies and outperform your competitive set.nMaximise total revenue of the property through business mix optimisation and rate manipulation.nProvide ongoing insight about the revenue performance of your cluster to all stakeholders.nForecast demand per market segment for your cluster and provide supporting commentary to the management.nProduce annual budgets per segment; participate in the process of delivering the annual sales & marketing plan.nManage the overbooking strategies for your cluster to maximise occupancy levels.nMonitor and control all functions of the revenue management system and the accuracy of the reporting solution.nLiaise with your colleagues from e-commerce, distribution and marketing to drive additional business.nBe commercially savvy in exploring new distribution channels and technology partners for the Group.nTake the initiative to proactively adapt strategy and tactics in changing market conditions.
The ideal candidate
At least 3 years of experience in hospitality revenue managementnKnowledgeable of the global travel and accommodation marketnFluent in English. Other languages will be appreciatednOutstanding time management & ability to work under pressurenExcellent written and verbal communication skillsnTechnically proficient with the full range of hospitality systems; e.g. Property Management Systems, Revenue Management Systems, Channel Managers and Microsoft Office products
