Cover Supervisor/Cover Teacher - September 2024
Are you enthusiastic about education and seeking a fresh opportunity as a Cover Supervisor in Leicester & Leicestershire
We are currently on the lookout for a highly motivated and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the positive learning environment at secondary schools in various areas of Leicester and Leicestershire, starting August 2024. Your responsibilities will include supervising classes, supporting teachers, and ensuring student engagement and focus. Creating a safe and positive atmosphere for learning is a crucial aspect of this role.
Key requirements:
Minimum of A levels.
While prior experience in a secondary school setting is preferred, it is not essential as we provide comprehensive training.
Effective communication skills and strong classroom management are essential qualities.
We offer a supportive and collaborative working environment, along with opportunities for professional development.
Tradewind give you the essential training through in house and National College courses to help prepare you for the role - please enquire if you would like to hear moreThe pay ranges from £110 per day for trainees to £130 per day for experienced Cover Supervisors with higher qualifications. Full and part-time positions are available starting in September for the right individuals, with the standard working day from 08:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Candidates must undergo full vetting, and an enhanced child workforce DBS will be applied for on your behalf.
