Responsibilities:

Determine necessary changes in processes, procedures, and practices to achieve desired outcomes and deliver planned benefits.nConduct an assessment of current processes, ways of working, governance, and technology (as-is), identify future needs (to-be), and perform a gap analysis.nDevelop and prepare risk mitigation strategies.nIdentify and manage anticipated resistance to change.nDevelop and implement change management actions, including as-is/to-be assessments, gap analysis, change management strategy for each country, communication plans, sponsor/stakeholder roadmaps, training plans, and anchoring plans.nDesign and deliver user and super-user training in collaboration with external providers, technology teams, and local business owners/change champions.nCreate and execute a country-specific change adoption program, including the use of change champions and local symbols/communications.nManage feedback loops during testing, training, deployment, and anchoring phases to ensure that user experiences are heard, concerns are addressed, and milestones/improvements are recognized.

Skills & Experience:

3-5 years of change management experience in delivering technology change with a proven understanding of the processes involved in introducing technology-related business changes.nExperience working in commodities is advantageous but not essential.nChange management qualifications (Prosci, Agile, ADKAR, ACCMP, CCMP).nProficiency in using established change methodologies, reporting, and change frameworks.nKnowledge and experience in communications planning and delivery to support change initiatives, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to diverse audiences.nPrevious experience working effectively as part of a matrix, globally distributed team.
