The Role:
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing key accounts within our client's brand. Your main responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their specific needs, and providing exceptional service. You will be the main point of contact, addressing any concerns and collaborating with internal teams to exceed account goals. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within the organisation.
Tasks:
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed objectives.
Review account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies for growth.
Act as the main point of contact, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new product opportunities.
Prepare and present regular reports on account status.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential challenges.
Represent our client at meetings, conferences, and events. Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM software and account management systems.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
