The role
The Platform Manager will be crucial in developing and implementing effective strategies, managing e-commerce platforms, and driving online sales growth. The Platform Manager will leverage Amazon Brand Analytics tools and third-party analytics tools to analyse customer behaviour and optimize marketing strategies. The individual will segment customers and analyse their behaviour to provide valuable insights that guide decision-making and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, SEO/SEM, and affiliate marketing, to drive traffic and increase conversions.nInvolved in planning, coordinating, and executing e-commerce activities to drive online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.nDigital marketing, data analysis, and understanding of the online retail market are key to the successful execution of their role.nManaging and updating the e-commerce platforms, monitoring market trends, and analysing customer behaviours to drive online sales.nAssist with overseeing marketing campaigns, ensure optimal platform performance, and continually strive to improve the customer experience.nMonitor and analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.nAnalyse data, including web analytics and customer insights, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.nMonitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to maintain a positive brand image and improve customer satisfaction.nPrepare regular reports on the performance of the e-commerce platform, including key metrics, sales trends, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness.nnEssential skills and qualifications
Experience in PPC and Data Analytics in the Amazon marketplace.nExperience with Vendor Central and Seller CentralnKnowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including PPC, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.nAppreciation of ROI, ROAS and how to increase salesnMust possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, problem-solving proficiency, and a deep understanding of digital marketing and analytics.nCommunication, problem-solving, and project management skills.nTo work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
