Due to extensive growth, Fusion Consulting Group are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Adviser to manage an existing client base.
The group has several subsidiaries ranging from Tax, Accounting, Legal, Financial Services and Recruitment. Our mission is to disrupt the disjointed Professional Services space.
Job Description
Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be required to assist the Head of Fusion Financial and other advisers.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Financial Adviser to manage and nurture an existing client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and investment management, with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
Maintain and develop strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure their financial plans remain aligned with their goals and circumstances.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide updates on their portfolios.
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's needs.
Provide advice on a range of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, retirement planning, tax strategies, and estate planning.
Stay informed about market trends, financial regulations, and new products to ensure clients receive the best possible advice.
Manage client portfolios, ensuring asset allocation aligns with their risk tolerance, objectives, and time horizons.
Monitor and review portfolio performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet clients' evolving needs and market conditions.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and communicate performance results to clients.
Ensure all client interactions and transactions are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Prepare and present reports on financial performance, market trends, and investment opportunities.
Person Specification
Level 3 Diploma in Financial Services.
Minimum of five years of experience in financial planning and advisory services.
In-depth knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
