The menu is simple: the highest quality ingredients, sourced as locally as possible, and expertly cooked over coal. As well as a seasonal à la carte menu, we also offer daily sharing specials, a great value express lunch menu, and Brighton's favourite Sunday Sharing Roast.
Occupying two floors, The Coal Shed Brighton is a neighbourhood grill with an intimate private dining room.
As a Chef de Partie you will deliver dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh, using local products, prepared with skill and passion. You will be working as part of a diverse, inclusive and supportive team, making sure each dish is prepared to the highest standard.
