We're looking for an innovative Head of Engineering to build and lead our engineering team. This is your chance to step into our first Head of Engineering position, playing a pivotal role in the development of our eCommerce platform, ensuring it operates securely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:nLead, inspire, mentor, and develop a dynamic team of engineersnFocus on enhancing developer experience, removing obstacles, and optimizing processesnDefine and implement engineering strategies for continuous improvementnPerform architectural, system design, and code reviewsnHands-on development and close collaboration with eCommerce and creative teamsnEmpower team members with context to address business objectivesnManage platforms including Magento 2 and HelloRetail

Requirements:nProven experience as an Engineering Leader with multidisciplinary teamsnAbility to set technical strategies and drive technological transformationsnSenior-level software engineering background with a mix of hands-on and leadership rolesnExpertise in delivering complex, high-performing, and high-quality software systemsnExperience collaborating with business stakeholders and analystsnSuperb communication skills for technical and non-technical audiencesnStrong track record in eCommerce development, particularly with Magento 2, MySQL, PHP, and related technologiesnKnowledge of caching in Magento 2 and cloud platforms like AWSnDeep understanding of software engineering best practices, agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
