Role Overview:nPurpose:nTo prepare and submit lift layout drawings to customers.nTo obtain drawing approval from customers, ensuring lifts are approved for manufacture according to key dates.nMain Responsibilities:nDrawing Preparation:nUse AutoCAD and/or PDF writer to create lift arrangement drawings for customer approval.nRespond to technical queries about approval drawings, consulting specialists as needed.nRevise drawings based on changes during the approval process or post-approval for manufacture.nApproval Process:nUpdate the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with contract progression details and key dates.nApprove the Compnay lift products for manufacture using the Electronic Ordering System (EOS).nApprove other lift products for manufacture via email to the supplier.nDatabase Management:nMaintain and update Excel databases with contract and progression information.nUpdate the library of Typical Drawings for use by the Sales team.nCustomer and Internal Liaison:nCommunicate with customers throughout the approval process to meet key dates, such as the latest drawing approval date to ensure timely installation.nCoordinate with the installation department regarding installation schedules during the approval process.nAdditional Duties:nPerform additional or varied responsibilities as required by the position.nSkills & Knowledge Required:nEssential:nProficiency in project management best practices.nStrong financial and analytical skills.nFamiliarity with product development processes.nExcellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.nBackground in administrative support.nExperience using project management tools.nProficiency in technical drawing and CAD software.nStrong negotiation and communication skills.nGood mathematics skills.nIT proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft suite.nUnderstanding of engineering principles.nDesirable:nExperience in the platform lift industry.nExperience in the construction industry, especially working with architects and builders.nCompensation and Benefits:nSalary:
