This Aftersales Manager position comes with market leading benefits, including relocation incentive and a realistic OTE of £75k+. 
Working with a long standing, well-established business

Reduced income taxRoles and Responsibilities of an Aftersales Manager includes but not limited to:
Lead and manage the Aftersales Team of our Luxury and Performance division.
Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
Monitor team performance, maintain and improve retention and engagement
Monitors staff training needs, ensuring training and development plans
Manages the day-to-day activities of the Service teamExperience required for the Aftersales Manager position:
Experience as an Aftersales Manager ideally with prestige brands background within the motor trade
A well-presented individual with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed.
A strong ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
