What will I be doing?
- As Social Sales Executive you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunity for Social events and parties
- Participate in commercial meetings and contribute to commercial strategies and actions related to social events/ parties and the LOFT Sky bar, OXBO Restaurant and GLOW Terrace
- Prepare offers and contracts in accordance with current business
- Work within current business strategies and capitalise on potential opportunities
- Contribute to the administration and planning of social events
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs
- Arrange and carry out hotel show rounds
- Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
- Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
- Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner
