Our games are fast, funny, social—and we’re now looking for our first dedicated Brand Manager to take our brand presence and marketing from “promising” to “powerhouse.” This is a rare opportunity to join a growing creative company at an early stage and own the entire brand + marketing function . In the best possible way.)You’ll be the beating heart of our brand and the go-to person for all things marketing. Expect variety, ownership, and a ton of creative freedom. Brand & Strategy Build and evolve our brand voice, tone, and visual presence Shape how our games show up across packaging, website, retail, and social Help plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns Content Creation Come up with ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms Create scrappy but brilliant content (filming, editing, posting welcomed) Work with our founder to develop fun, shareable concepts that drive buzz Email & Community Grow our email subscriber list through smart tactics & lead magnets Plan and write newsletters people actually want to read Build a loyal community of fans around our games Product & Packaging Support with packaging ideas, copy, artwork briefs, and product positioning Collaborate with designers to ensure every product tells a great story Marketing Operations Manage our social media calendars Track metrics, analyse what’s working, and optimise Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, influencers, and partners as needed You won’t just “assist”—you’ll own , create, experiment, and grow with us. ⭐ Who You AreYou have 1–3 years experience in branding, marketing, content creation, social media, or a similar creative role You’re hands-on, ambitious, ideas-driven, and comfortable wearing many hats You love consumer brands, pop culture, and social trends You’re excited by the idea of being the only brand/marketing person—total ownership You’re confident creating things yourself (copywriting, content, simple design is a plus) You get how to build a brand voice and speak directly to customers You’re upbeat, proactive, organised—and you love the idea of growing something from an early stage Bonus points for: Experience with TikTok, Reels, or short-form video Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, Figma) An interest in games, entertainment, humour, or consumer products ⭐ What We Offer£25,000–£30,000 salary Hybrid working (London-based) Huge creative freedom and ownership from day one The chance to build a brand from the ground up—not just follow guidelines A genuinely fun product category (party games) A small, supportive team who will trust you, listen to you, and champion your ideas Early opportunity to shape the future direction of the company and your role within it ⭐ How to ApplySend us: Your CV A short note (or video) explaining why this role excites you One example of content, campaign, or brand work you’re proud of A fun bonus if you want: Tell us how you’d make one of our games go viral on TikTok or Instagram.
