We make party games. We’re a small but ambitious board game company on a mission to bring more fun, connection and ridiculous moments to the world. Our games are fast, funny, social—and we’re now looking for our first dedicated Brand Manager to take our brand presence and marketing from “promising” to “powerhouse.”
This is a rare opportunity to join a growing creative company at an early stage and own the entire brand + marketing function . If you love ideas, hustle, culture, content, and seeing your work actually make a real-world impact… this is the role.
⭐ You’ll be the beating heart of our brand and the go-to person for all things marketing. Expect variety, ownership, and a ton of creative freedom.
Brand & Strategy
Build and evolve our brand voice, tone, and visual presence
Shape how our games show up across packaging, website, retail, and social
Help plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns
Content Creation
Create scrappy but brilliant content (filming, editing, posting welcomed)
Email & Community
Build a loyal community of fans around our games
Product & Packaging
Support with packaging ideas, copy, artwork briefs, and product positioning
Marketing Operations
You have 1–3 years experience in branding, marketing, content creation, social media, or a similar creative role
You love consumer brands, pop culture, and social trends
You’re excited by the idea of being the only brand/marketing person—total ownership
You’re confident creating things yourself (copywriting, content, simple design is a plus)
You get how to build a brand voice and speak directly to customers
Bonus points for:
Experience with TikTok, Reels, or short-form video
An interest in games, entertainment, humour, or consumer products
