* Maintaining company logs
* Compiling Reports Excellent customer service skills
* Updating and maintaining the company data base
* Requesting and maintaining all property safety documents
* Requesting and maintaining parking permits.
* Filing documentation into the correct property folders
* Attending company meeting and training sessions.
* Word & Excel experience
* Outlook experience
* Meet & greet clients.
* Housekeeping duties.
* Taking part in office projects.
