Revenue and Interpreter Coordinator

Are you a dedicated and detailed oriented administrator with experience in a mental health setting? If so, join All Saints Hospital as a Revenue and Interpreter Coordinator. Working 22.5 hours a week.You will be crucial in ensuring the high standards of administering and documenting the Care Programme Approach at All Saints Hospital a specialist mental health service for men who are deaf and who have complex communication needs.As part of the Interpreter and Access to Work coordination you will be arranging the provision of interpreters as and when required, ensuring interpreters are available for meetings, training and other necessary events, confirming bookings and ensuring adherence to guidelines and protocols issued by Access to Work.You will also be required to liaise with external agencies regarding service user care, liaise with the Corporate Revenue Team regarding Enhanced Observation, updating service user clinical records and completing F2s for site.Other responsibilities: Undertaking any other tasks requested that are commensurate with the post holder’s level of responsibility.Complying with the guidelines laid down regarding confidentiality, disclosure of information and Data Protection. To always maintain as confidential with information relating to patients, staff and hospital business.Covering Reception as and when required.Participating in the Company’s appraisal process.Maintaining mandatory and professional development requirements.Attending meetings relevant to the department, and internal / external training events as and when required.Taking personal responsibility for ensuring the work practices and the environment meet the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work legislation and report all deficits to management.Providing cover for colleagues within the department when they are absent and/or on annual leave.To be successful in this role you will need: Experience of Medical Records administration in a mental health settingExperience of administration/office systemsComputer literate (Microsoft Office preferred)4 GCSEs or equivalent (including English)Word Processing qualificationWhere you will be workingLocation: All Saints Hospital, Grange Avenue, Oldham, Greater Manchester, OL8 4EFYou will be working at All Saints Hospital, a specialist mental health service for people who are deaf or have complex communication needs.
