Interpreter Coordinator

Job Title: Revenue and Interpreter Coordinator at All Saints Hospital

Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented administrator with experience in a mental health setting? If so, join All Saints Hospital as a Revenue and Interpreter Coordinator working 22.5 hours a week.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring high standards of administering and documenting the Care Programme Approach at All Saints Hospital, a specialist mental health service for men who are deaf and have complex communication needs.

As part of the Interpreter and Access to Work coordination, your responsibilities will include arranging interpreters as needed, ensuring their availability for meetings and training, confirming bookings, and adhering to guidelines from Access to Work.

You will also liaise with external agencies for service user care, work with the Corporate Revenue Team, update clinical records, and complete necessary documentation.

Other responsibilities:

• Undertaking additional tasks as assigned
• Complying with confidentiality guidelines and Data Protection
• Covering Reception when needed
• Participating in the Company's appraisal process
• Maintaining professional development requirements
• Attending relevant meetings and training events
• Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety legislation
• Providing cover for colleagues when required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in Medical Records administration in a mental health setting
• Experience with office systems
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office preferred)
• 4 GCSEs or equivalent (including English)
• Word Processing qualification
