THE ROLE OF TERRITORY MANAGER:

This Territory Manager will play a crucial role in driving share of market growth, volume and brand activations in independent retail outlets · Building close partnerships with independent retailers to drive sales of nicotine based products · Achieving monthly sales targets · Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times and implement effective account management strategies · Ownership of territory planning and management · Drive non combustible categories to ensure BAT brands achieve market leading status in stores · Working with leading brands such as Vuse, Glo and Velo

ABOUT YOU:

Essentials: · A full clean driving license · Experience within B2B or B2C sales positions · Outgoing and positive personality, excellent communicator able to influence others · Great team player but also able to work independently and effectively · Manages time and priorities to ensure maximum productivity · Strong will to succeed with the ability to self-track targets · Basic use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft outlook) WHAT WE OFFER: · Competitive Base Salary: £34,722· Bonus: Annually up to 30%, available upon achieving targets · Equipment: Company car, mobile phone, tablet, fuel card (all for business use)· Benefits: Excellent pension scheme with 10% contribution from BAT with no need for you to contribute, they will match a further 5% if you put 5% in, share schemes, private medical cover, life assurance · Non taxable lunch allowance of £4 per day · Internet allowance £10 per month · Flexible Benefits allowing you to choose from several options · 25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays), with an option to purchase additional holiday · Life insurance · Wellbeing tools: Employee Assistance Program, Mental Well-being App, Mental Health Champions, Allianz Mental Health Service, DoctorCare Anywhere
