Aftercare Manager - Multinational Super Prime Joinery Contractor - Central London

This multinational joinery contractor based in Central London is looking to appoint an Aftercare Manager. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion and satisfaction of their projects. You will be responsible for overseeing post-completion activities, managing aftercare services, and maintaining effective communication with both clients, main contractors and the international branches of the business.

Responsibilities:

1. Post-Completion Oversight: Manage and oversee projects post-completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

2. Aftercare Services: Coordinate and manage aftercare services for completed projects, addressing any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and efficient manner.

3. Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding post-completion matters, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Price Quotations: Prepare and submit price quotations for aftercare services, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in the market.

5. Coordination with Main Contractors: Collaborate closely with main contractors to coordinate aftercare activities and address any project-related issues or concerns.

6. International Collaboration: Liaise with the international branches of our business to coordinate imports for projects inside the UK, ensuring consistency in quality and service standards.

7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of aftercare activities, including client correspondence, service requests, and resolution outcomes. Generate regular reports to management on aftercare performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a focus on post-completion management and client relations.

2. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.

4. Sound knowledge of joinery and construction materials, techniques, and industry best practices.

5. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

6. Flexibility to travel occasionally to project sites and international branches as needed.
